We provide a lifetime care and repair warranty for all jewelry purchased directly from the HELAS website. This warranty does not cover theft, lost items, or missing diamonds, pearls, or other gemstones. Our lifetime care and repair warranty

covers the following services: Professional cleaning Stone resetting Repair for normal wear and tear Re-rhodium plating Ring resizing Free maintenance and repair services do

not cover: Replacement of lost pearls, diamonds, or other gemstones; charges will apply for any missing materials not included with the item at the time of repair Repairs or maintenance that require additional materials
