Jewelry bought from our website can be returned or exchanged within 30 days after delivery. To start a return request, please contact us at jewel@jeweljewelry.com

We provide free return shipping for items that arrive damaged or defective. For returns or exchanges based on personal choice, such as size or color, no restocking fee applies, but customers must cover return shipping fees and customs charges to our warehouse in China.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a quality-related problem with the item.
